Your submitted image will be printed onto an edible image and applied to a white-iced cookie.
For the cleanest and most professional result, we strongly recommend submitting a high-quality image with a bright WHITE background or a file with NO background.
A transparent background is ideal for logos and designs when available.
Please do not submit photographs of printed materials, screenshots of logos, blurry images, images with shadows, or low-resolution files whenever a higher-quality original is available.
The better the image you provide, the better the printed result can be.

📸 IMAGE QUALITY MATTERS

Please upload the highest-quality version of your artwork or logo available.
High-resolution PNG files are excellent for logos and graphics.
High-resolution JPG files may also be used.
Vector artwork or original high-resolution logo files are preferred when available.
Avoid screenshots whenever possible.
Avoid blurry or pixelated images.
Avoid images with shadows around the logo.
Avoid images photographed from an angle.
Avoid colored, gray, yellow, beige, or textured backgrounds unless that background is intentionally part of your design.

🤍 WHITE BACKGROUNDS ARE IMPORTANT

Our cookies are white iced cookies, and your edible image is printed onto that surface.
If your uploaded image contains a gray, yellow, beige, colored, textured, or otherwise discolored background, the printer may reproduce that background on the cookie.
Our printer does not automatically know that you intended the background to be white.
If you want a clean white background, please provide artwork with a bright white background or no background.
If the background is intentionally part of your design, please make sure it is exactly how you want it before submitting your order.

🎨 COLORS & DIGITAL IMAGES

Please keep in mind that there is a difference between the colors you see on a digital screen and the colors produced by an edible food printer.
Your phone, computer, tablet, or design software uses a digital display to create color using light.
Our printer is printing edible food coloring onto food.
Because of this, the finished cookie may not have an exact color match to what you see on your screen.
Colors may appear slightly lighter, darker, warmer, cooler, less vibrant, or otherwise different from the original digital image.
RED can be particularly challenging with edible printing. ❤️
Certain shades of red may print more pink, orange, dark, light, or otherwise differently than they appear digitally.
Very bright neon colors and extremely dark colors can also reproduce differently than expected.
We will reproduce your artwork as accurately as our edible printing process allows, but an exact digital-to-edible color match cannot be guaranteed.

Very small lettering, extremely fine lines, tiny details, and intricate artwork may not reproduce perfectly at cookie size.
Before submitting your artwork, please consider how easily the design can be seen when reduced to the size of a cookie.
Bold, clean artwork with strong contrast generally produces the clearest edible print.

Custom cookie cutters can be created to match your theme, image, logo, character, or idea at no additional charge. Customers understand that custom-shaped cookies are handmade and may have slight variations from the original reference image or requested shape. Cookie and cutter measurements are based on the longest side of the cookie. PRINTED PRODUCTS For custom printed sugar cookies, cake pops, marshmallows, S’mores kits, and other printed treats, customers understand that printed colors may vary from the original digital image. Variations may occur because of differences in screens, printers, edible ink, edible paper, lighting, and the surface of the product. Printed products may occasionally have minor imperfections, including slight color variation, small spots, minor smudging, image distortion, or slight placement differences. Every effort will be made to produce a high-quality finished product. CUSTOMER-PROVIDED IMAGES, ARTWORK & INFORMATION Customers are responsible for providing accurate names, ages, dates, wording, colors, images, logos, and other information needed to complete the order. Please carefully review all spelling, dates, names, and wording before submitting your request. By submitting an image, logo, photograph, or artwork for use on a custom order, the customer confirms that they have permission to provide and use that material for the requested product. The bakery is not responsible for the quality of an image that is blurry, low-resolution, improperly sized, or otherwise unsuitable for printing. The bakery is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information submitted by the customer. ALLERGIES & FOOD SAFETY THIS IS NOT AN ALLERGY-FREE BAKERY. Products may contain or come into contact with common allergens and other ingredients. Customers are responsible for communicating known allergies or dietary concerns before placing an order. Every reasonable effort will be made to provide accurate ingredient and allergen information when requested; however, cross-contact cannot be guaranteed to be avoided. STORAGE & HANDLING Unless otherwise specifically instructed, decorated sugar cookies should be stored at room temperature in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight, heat, humidity, moisture, and strong odors. DO NOT REFRIGERATE DECORATED SUGAR COOKIES UNLESS SPECIFICALLY INSTRUCTED BY THE BAKERY. Refrigeration can introduce moisture and condensation that may affect icing, decorations, colors, edible images, and the overall appearance of the cookies. Sugar cookies may generally be frozen when properly packaged. When thawing frozen cookies, allow them to thaw completely while remaining sealed in their packaging before opening. This helps prevent condensation from forming directly on the cookies. Printed products and specialty treats may have additional storage requirements. Customers agree to follow any specific storage or handling instructions provided with their order. HEAT, SUNLIGHT & HUMIDITY Heat, humidity, moisture, and direct sunlight can negatively affect baked goods, icing, edible images, chocolate, candy coatings, decorations, and packaging. Customers are responsible for protecting their order from excessive heat, humidity, moisture, sunlight, and other environmental conditions after pickup or delivery. PICKUP DATE & TIME Your order will be prepared and ready for pickup at the date and time selected and confirmed by the bakery. PROMPT PICKUP IS REQUIRED. Please arrive at your scheduled pickup time. The bakery cannot wait for extended periods of time for late pickups. If you anticipate being late, please contact the bakery as soon as possible. LATE PICKUP POLICY IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 10 MINUTES LATE, YOUR ORDER MAY BE PLACED IN THE DESIGNATED PICKUP AREA/ON THE PORCH FOR YOU TO RETRIEVE. Once the order has been placed outside or in the designated pickup area, the customer assumes responsibility for the order, including any damage, melting, weather exposure, temperature-related issues, theft, or other problems that may occur after placement. Please plan accordingly and arrive promptly for your scheduled pickup. The bakery is not responsible for remaining available for an extended or indefinite period of time after the scheduled pickup time. TRANSPORTATION AFTER PICKUP Customers are responsible for providing a safe and appropriate method of transportation for their order. Customers should take their order directly to the appropriate storage location after pickup. The bakery is not responsible for damage caused by improper transportation, including excessive heat, leaving products in a hot vehicle, placing products in direct sunlight, rough handling, or failure to properly secure the order. INSPECTION UPON RECEIPT Customers should inspect their order as soon as possible after receiving it. If something appears to be missing, incorrect, damaged, or otherwise not as expected, please contact the bakery as soon as possible so the concern can be reviewed. Photographs may be requested when appropriate. Issues reported after the product has been stored, transported, altered, consumed, or otherwise handled may be difficult to evaluate. If something appears to be missing, incorrect, damaged, or otherwise not as expected, the bakery should be contacted as soon as possible so the concern can be reviewed.
