PRINTED CAKE POPS

Make your cake pops extra special with a custom edible printed image!
Our Printed Cake Pops feature your chosen design, logo, photo, or graphic printed directly onto a smooth white chocolate-coated cake pop using edible food-safe coloring.

These cake pops can be made in a variety of shapes, but the surface must be flat enough to pass through our edible food printer. Because of this, highly dimensional or deeply curved shapes are not suitable for printing.

Cake must be a light-colored flavor so the cake does not show through the white chocolate coating. Chocolate, red velvet, and other dark-colored cakes are not available for printed cake pops.

Printed images are applied directly onto the white chocolate coating.

EDIBLE PRINTING DISCLAIMER

Edible printing is different from traditional ink printing, and slight variations are a natural part of the process. Our edible food coloring is water-based, while the white chocolate coating is oil-based. Because the two surfaces react differently, the finished image may occasionally have slight imperfections.

Colors may appear lighter, darker, softer, less saturated, or slightly different from the original image. Fine details may not reproduce exactly as they appear on a screen. Depending on the image, you may also notice minor smearing, bleeding, feathering, fading, or slight distortion, particularly around very fine details or highly saturated colors.

The surface of the white chocolate may also have natural variations that affect the appearance of the printed image. These characteristics are considered normal for edible printing and cannot be completely eliminated.

We will make every effort to produce a clean, vibrant, and beautiful edible image, but exact color matching and perfectly reproduced digital images cannot be guaranteed.

Because printed cake pops must have a sufficiently flat surface to pass through the printer, the final shape may need to be adjusted slightly to accommodate the printing process.

🍭 Traditional Cake Pop Details

Each Traditional Cake Pop includes your choice of cake flavor, mix-ins when applicable, coating and color, drizzle or decoration, and coordinating sprinkles or simple decorative elements when desired.

One cake flavor per dozen.

One basic design/color theme per dozen.

Want multiple flavors or completely different designs? Simply order additional dozens. This allows us to keep each dozen coordinated while still giving you plenty of variety for your event.

🍫 Mix-Ins & Flavor Additions

Depending on the recipe, you can customize your cake pop with delicious additions such as chocolate chips, mini chocolate chips, cookie pieces, crushed sandwich cookies, sprinkles, candy pieces, nuts, toffee, caramel, peanut butter, coconut, fruit-based additions, specialty fillings, and other recipe-specific mix-ins.

Mix-in availability depends on the selected cake flavor and recipe.

Some flavor combinations may require an additional charge depending on the ingredients selected.

🎨 Choose Your Look

Traditional doesn’t have to mean boring!

Your cake pops can be customized with solid coating colors, two-tone color combinations, drizzles, sprinkles, simple themed decorations, coordinating party colors, holiday colors, school colors, birthday colors, baby shower colors, wedding colors, and more.

📦 Ordering by the Dozen

Traditional Cake Pops are sold by the dozen.

Each dozen includes ONE cake flavor and ONE design/color theme.

For example:

2 dozen:
1 dozen Vanilla Birthday Cake + design
1 dozen Chocolate Oreo + design

Or:

2 dozen:
2 dozen Vanilla Birthday Cake
Same design/color theme

If you would like two different cake flavors or two different designs, each combination must be ordered as its own dozen.

This helps ensure your order is prepared accurately and keeps each dozen beautifully coordinated.

🌡️ Storage & Handling

Cake pops are best enjoyed at room temperature.

Store cake pops in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity. Keep them protected in their packaging until you’re ready to serve them.

Recommended Storage

Room temperature: Best for maintaining the texture and appearance.

Cake pops are generally best enjoyed within 2–3 days for the best texture and overall quality.

Important: Cake Pops Can Sweat

Cake pops can develop condensation, sometimes called “sweating,” when they are exposed to temperature changes, humidity, or condensation.

This can happen when cake pops are moved from a cold environment into a warm one, refrigerated and then brought into a warmer room, exposed to high humidity, stored in an area with significant temperature fluctuations, or left in a warm vehicle or near a heat source.

Condensation can cause the coating to become soft, sticky, dull, or wet, and in some cases may affect the decorations.

This is a natural reaction to environmental conditions and is not a sign that the cake pop was improperly made.

For the best results, keep cake pops in a stable, cool, dry environment and avoid unnecessary temperature changes.

🚫 Avoid Refrigeration When Possible

Refrigeration can create condensation when the cake pops are removed from the refrigerator. That moisture can affect the coating, decorations, sticks, and overall texture.

If refrigeration is necessary for your specific order or circumstances, allow the cake pops to come back toward room temperature while still protected in their packaging to help reduce condensation.

Please keep cake pops away from direct sunlight, hot cars, heating vents, warm kitchens, outdoor heat, and high-humidity environments.

Chocolate and confectionery coatings can soften or become affected by heat.

Cake pops are delicate treats, and environmental conditions can affect their appearance and texture after pickup or delivery.
