📸 CUSTOM IMAGE UPLOADS
Please provide the highest-quality image possible for the best printing results. Clear, high-resolution images generally produce the best results.
Please make sure you have permission to use any photographs, artwork, logos, or other images submitted for printing.
🎨 COLORS & EDIBLE PRINTING
Please keep in mind that edible printing is different from regular ink printing. Colors may vary slightly between your screen and the finished edible product.
Red tones can be especially difficult to reproduce accurately and may appear slightly orange, darker, lighter, or otherwise different from what you see on your screen.
For the closest possible color match, an exact HEX color code may be requested. Even with a HEX code, an exact color match cannot be guaranteed.
Colors can also be affected by the printing surface, edible ink, image quality, lighting, and the particular treat being printed.
We will always do our best to create the closest possible match to your requested colors.
🔥 IMPORTANT — HEAT & MELTING
Printed marshmallows and chocolate-containing treats are heat sensitive.
Exposure to heat, direct sunlight, hot vehicles, or warm temperatures may cause marshmallows to soften or deform and chocolate to melt or become damaged.
Please plan accordingly when picking up, transporting, or displaying your treats.
Do not leave your treats in a hot vehicle.
During warmer weather, we strongly recommend transporting your treats in an air-conditioned vehicle and getting them into a cool location as soon as possible.
Once your order leaves our care, we cannot control the temperature or conditions it is exposed to.
⭐ PLEASE NOTE
Edible printing is a handmade process. While we strive for beautiful, accurate results, slight variations in color, placement, and appearance are possible and are part of the nature of edible printing.
We will always do our best to create something you’ll love!
📦 STORAGE
Keep printed treats in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight and heat.
Avoid storing them near ovens, stoves, heating vents, sunny windows, or other warm areas.
Keep treats in their packaging or an appropriate airtight container when possible.
Avoid excessive moisture and humidity, which can affect the appearance and texture of edible printing.
🔥 S’MORES KIT STORAGE
Because s’mores kits contain multiple components, each item should be protected from heat and moisture.
Keep the complete kit in a cool, dry place until ready to use.
If chocolate is included, remember that chocolate can soften or melt when exposed to warm temperatures.
🩷 HANDLING YOUR PRINTED TREATS
Please handle your treats gently.
Edible images and printed surfaces can be delicate and may become damaged through excessive rubbing, pressure, moisture, or heat.
Avoid stacking or placing heavy objects on top of printed treats.
Keep them protected until you’re ready to enjoy them!
🍫 CHOCOLATE NOTICE
Chocolate is particularly sensitive to heat.
Chocolate may soften, melt, develop surface changes, or become damaged during warm-weather transportation or storage.
Chocolate appearance may change with temperature fluctuations without affecting its safety or flavor.
