🎨 HOW IT WORKS

Draw your masterpiece! 🖍️
Use a plain white piece of paper and create your drawing, artwork, handwritten message, signature, doodle, or design.
Take a clear photo or scan of your finished artwork.
Upload your image with your order.
We will print your submitted image directly onto your cookies. 🍪✨
Your cookie will be made to look like the image you provid

🖍️ IMPORTANT: YOUR PAPER MUST HAVE A WHITE BACKGROUND

PLEASE use WHITE PAPER when creating your artwork. 🤍
This is VERY important!
Our edible printer does not automatically “remove” the background from your image. If your paper has a gray, beige, yellow, blue, patterned, textured, shadowed, or otherwise discolored background, that discoloration can be picked up by the printer and printed onto your cookie.
That means the background of your cookie may look exactly like the background in the image you upload.
For the cleanest, brightest result, use plain WHITE paper with your artwork clearly visible. 🤍🍪

📸 TIPS FOR TAKING YOUR PHOTO

Take your picture in good, even lighting.
Avoid shadows across the paper.
Keep the entire sheet visible.
Hold your phone directly above the artwork instead of taking the photo at an angle.
Make sure the image is clear and not blurry.
Avoid filters, effects, or editing that change the colors.
A bright, clear photo of artwork on white paper will give us the best results! 📸✨

🎨 YOUR IMAGE WILL BE PRINTED AS PROVIDED

Please carefully review your artwork BEFORE uploading it.
We will print your image as provided.
We will NOT redraw, recreate, recolor, remove backgrounds, correct artwork, change wording, edit spelling, rearrange elements, or make other changes to your design.
What you upload is what we print. ❤️
Please make sure your artwork is exactly how you want it before submitting your order.

🌈 COLORS & PRINTING

Please remember that colors can look different from one screen or device to another.
The color you see on your phone, tablet, or computer may not look exactly the same when printed.
Edible printing also has natural limitations compared with the colors you see on a digital screen.
RED can be especially tricky with edible printing. ❤️
Certain shades of red may print darker, lighter, more pink, more orange, or otherwise differently than they appear on your screen.
Very bright neon colors, extremely dark colors, fine details, very light colors, and certain color combinations may also print differently than expected.
We will reproduce your submitted image as accurately as our edible printer allows, but we cannot guarantee an exact color match between your screen and the finished cookie.

🍪 THE COOKIE

Your artwork will be printed directly onto your cookie.
The finished cookie will reflect the image you provide, including its colors, background, placement, and visible imperfections.
Small details in artwork may appear differently once printed at cookie size.
Very tiny writing or extremely fine lines may not reproduce perfectly.
Keep in mind that the image may need to be resized, and details may be lost.
For the best results, use bold, clear artwork with strong lines and lettering that can be easily seen. ✏️✨

❤️ A LITTLE IMPERFECTION IS PART OF THE MAGIC

Edible printing is different from printing on regular paper.
There may be slight variations in color, saturation, positioning, or image appearance from cookie to cookie.
These are normal characteristics of edible printing and are not considered defects.
Your cookie is a handmade edible product, and every order is prepared individually with care. 🍪💕

🎁 MAKE IT EXTRA SPECIAL

Have your child draw a picture for Mom. 💐
Have Dad’s little artist create a Father’s Day masterpiece. 👨‍👧‍👦
Let the kids make their own birthday party favors. 🎂
Create a thank-you cookie for a favorite teacher. 🍎
Draw a picture for Grandma and Grandpa. ❤️
Write “I LOVE YOU!” for someone special. 🥰
Turn a child’s doodle into a cookie they can proudly eat. 🖍️🍪
There really is no wrong way to create your own cookie!

⚠️ PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING

You are responsible for providing the correct image.
Please use a WHITE background.
Please make sure your image is clear and properly oriented.
Please check spelling, names, dates, and artwork before uploading.
We print the image exactly as submitted.
We do not edit or alter submitted artwork.
Colors may vary between your screen and the finished cookie.
Red and certain other colors may reproduce differently during edible printing.
Background discoloration, shadows, paper texture, or colored paper may be reproduced on the cookie.
Tiny details and very small lettering may not reproduce clearly.
Once your image has been printed, changes cannot be made to the printed image.
By submitting your order, you acknowledge and accept these printing limitations.

CUSTOM ORDERS All custom orders are made specifically for each customer based on the information, colors, wording, images, themes, and preferences provided at the time of ordering. Because these products are custom-made specifically for you, changes or cancellations may not be possible once an order has been approved and production has begun. ORDER APPROVAL & PRICING Submitting an order request does not guarantee availability and does not constitute a confirmed order. Your order is considered confirmed only after you receive approval and confirmation from the bakery. The estimated price shown on the order form is based on the selections made on the form. Final pricing may vary based on the complexity of the design, specialty requests, quantity, packaging, printed elements, or other additions. Any additional charges will be discussed and approved before the order is finalized. CUSTOM DESIGNS, COLORS & HANDMADE VARIATIONS Customers understand that all products are handmade and may have natural variations. Colors displayed on phones, tablets, computers, and other screens may differ from the actual product. Every effort will be made to match requested colors, but exact color matching cannot be guaranteed. Hand-piped decorations, lettering, shapes, icing, and other handmade details may have slight variations or imperfections. These variations are a normal characteristic of handmade products and are not considered defects. CUSTOM SHAPES & COOKIE CUTTERS Need a special shape? Custom cookie cutters can be created to match your theme, image, logo, character, or idea at no additional charge. Cookie and cutter measurements are based on the longest side of the cookie. PRINTED PRODUCTS For custom printed sugar cookies, cake pops, marshmallows, S’mores kits, and other printed treats, customers understand that printed colors may vary from the original digital image. Variations may occur because of differences in screens, printers, edible ink, edible paper, lighting, and the surface of the product. Printed products may occasionally have minor imperfections, including slight color variation, small spots, minor smudging, image distortion, or slight placement differences. Every effort will be made to produce a high-quality finished product. CUSTOMER-PROVIDED IMAGES, ARTWORK & INFORMATION Customers are responsible for providing accurate names, ages, dates, wording, colors, images, logos, and other information needed to complete the order. STORAGE & HANDLING Unless otherwise specifically instructed, decorated sugar cookies should be stored at room temperature in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight, heat, humidity, moisture, and strong odors. DO NOT REFRIGERATE DECORATED SUGAR COOKIES UNLESS SPECIFICALLY INSTRUCTED BY THE BAKERY. Refrigeration can introduce moisture and condensation that may affect icing, decorations, colors, edible images, and the overall appearance of the cookies. Sugar cookies may generally be frozen when properly packaged. When thawing frozen cookies, allow them to thaw completely while remaining sealed in their packaging before opening. This helps prevent condensation from forming directly on the cookies. Printed products and specialty treats may have additional storage requirements.
