Your image is printed directly onto a food-safe edible icing sheet using edible food coloring and a food-safe printer. This allows your favorite photos, logos, characters, artwork, and designs to become part of your edible cookie. 📸🎨

For the best print quality, please provide the highest-resolution image available. Images that are blurry, dark, low-resolution, heavily compressed, or poor quality may result in a less detailed or less vibrant edible print. Dizzy Spoon will print the image as provided and may make minor adjustments as needed to fit the cookie.

PLEASE NOTE: Edible printing is different from traditional ink printing. 🖨️ Edible colors may appear slightly different when printed on an edible surface than they do on a phone, computer, or other screen. Printed colors can also be affected by the color of the icing sheet and the lighting in which the cookie is viewed.

Red and other heavily pigmented colors can be particularly difficult to reproduce on edible icing sheets. Depending on the image, red may appear slightly pink, orange, burgundy, darker, lighter, or otherwise different from the original digital image. This is a normal characteristic of edible food printing and is not considered a printing defect.

Direct-to-food edible printing is not the same as printing with traditional ink. Edible images are created using edible food coloring and food-safe edible printing materials intended for use on food. Because food coloring behaves differently than conventional ink, exact color matching cannot be guaranteed.

Buttercream is perishable and should be stored appropriately. These cookies are best consumed within 3 days for the best overall flavor, texture, appearance, and freshness. 😋

Store finished cookie sandwiches in an airtight container in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight, heat, humidity, and moisture. ☀️ Keep cookies away from warm vehicles, heat sources, and areas with high humidity.

Refrigeration is not recommended for printed cookies unless specifically necessary for the buttercream or your storage conditions. ❄️ Refrigeration can introduce condensation when the cookies are removed from the refrigerator, which may affect the edible printed image, icing, cookie texture, and overall appearance. If refrigeration is necessary, allow the cookies to come to room temperature inside their sealed container before opening to help reduce condensation.

Do not freeze finished printed cookies unless specifically instructed. 🧊 Freezing and thawing can affect the edible image, icing, buttercream, and cookie texture.

💧 Keep cookies protected from moisture. Humidity and condensation can cause edible prints and icing to become soft, tacky, or damaged.

🎨 FOOD COLORING & EDIBLE PRINTING 🎨

All edible colors and printed images are intended for consumption. Food coloring can sometimes transfer slightly onto icing, buttercream, packaging, or other edible surfaces, particularly with highly saturated colors. This is more common with red, burgundy, dark blue, purple, black, and other heavily pigmented colors.

Because edible food coloring is used directly on food, slight color variation, color transfer, fading, or bleeding may occur depending on the design, storage conditions, humidity, temperature, and length of time the cookie is stored.

📸 DESIGN APPROVAL & CUSTOM IMAGES 📸

Custom printed cookies are made specifically for your order. Please carefully review any information, names, dates, photos, logos, and other details provided for your design. Once a custom design has been printed, changes cannot be made to the printed cookie.

If your order requires a specific image, logo, character, photograph, or other artwork, please provide the image when placing your order. Dizzy Spoon cannot guarantee the exact appearance of an image that is poor quality, copyrighted in a way that limits reproduction, or otherwise unsuitable for edible printing.
