Simple, beautifully iced sugar cookies with no additional design or detailing. Choose from available cookie shapes and one icing color. Cookies are flooded with icing and finished with a smooth, clean look.

PREMIUM — $65/dozen

Our most detailed custom sugar cookies, created for designs that require additional time, precision, and decorating techniques. May include intricate artwork, multiple colors, fine details, layered decorations, specialty techniques, and more elaborate designs.

Pricing is based on the level of decorating detail. Certain specialty requests, unusual shapes, extensive hand-detailing, or designs requiring additional materials may be subject to an additional charge.

How to Care for Your Custom Sugar Cookies

For the best appearance and texture, keep decorated sugar cookies sealed in their individual packaging or in an airtight container until you’re ready to enjoy them.

Keep cookies in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight, heat, moisture, and humidity.

Avoid storing decorated cookies in places where they may be exposed to excessive heat, as heat and moisture can affect the icing and decorations.

Do not place cookies in the refrigerator unless specifically instructed, as refrigeration can introduce moisture and may affect the appearance of decorated icing.

For the best results, keep cookies packaged until serving.

Custom cookie cutters can be created to match your theme, image, logo, character, or idea at no additional charge. Customers understand that custom-shaped cookies are handmade and may have slight variations from the original reference image or requested shape. Cookie and cutter measurements are based on the longest side of the cookie. PRINTED PRODUCTS For custom printed sugar cookies, cake pops, marshmallows, S’mores kits, and other printed treats, customers understand that printed colors may vary from the original digital image. Variations may occur because of differences in screens, printers, edible ink, edible paper, lighting, and the surface of the product. Printed products may occasionally have minor imperfections, including slight color variation, small spots, minor smudging, image distortion, or slight placement differences. Every effort will be made to produce a high-quality finished product. CUSTOMER-PROVIDED IMAGES, ARTWORK & INFORMATION Customers are responsible for providing accurate names, ages, dates, wording, colors, images, logos, and other information needed to complete the order. Please carefully review all spelling, dates, names, and wording before submitting your request. By submitting an image, logo, photograph, or artwork for use on a custom order, the customer confirms that they have permission to provide and use that material for the requested product. The bakery is not responsible for the quality of an image that is blurry, low-resolution, improperly sized, or otherwise unsuitable for printing. The bakery is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information submitted by the customer. ALLERGIES & FOOD SAFETY THIS IS NOT AN ALLERGY-FREE BAKERY. Products may contain or come into contact with common allergens and other ingredients. Customers are responsible for communicating known allergies or dietary concerns before placing an order. Every reasonable effort will be made to provide accurate ingredient and allergen information when requested; however, cross-contact cannot be guaranteed to be avoided. STORAGE & HANDLING Unless otherwise specifically instructed, decorated sugar cookies should be stored at room temperature in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight, heat, humidity, moisture, and strong odors. DO NOT REFRIGERATE DECORATED SUGAR COOKIES UNLESS SPECIFICALLY INSTRUCTED BY THE BAKERY. Refrigeration can introduce moisture and condensation that may affect icing, decorations, colors, edible images, and the overall appearance of the cookies. Sugar cookies may generally be frozen when properly packaged. When thawing frozen cookies, allow them to thaw completely while remaining sealed in their packaging before opening. This helps prevent condensation from forming directly on the cookies. Printed products and specialty treats may have additional storage requirements. Customers agree to follow any specific storage or handling instructions provided with their order. HEAT, SUNLIGHT & HUMIDITY Heat, humidity, moisture, and direct sunlight can negatively affect baked goods, icing, edible images, chocolate, candy coatings, decorations, and packaging. Customers are responsible for protecting their order from excessive heat, humidity, moisture, sunlight, and other environmental conditions after pickup or delivery. PICKUP DATE & TIME Your order will be prepared and ready for pickup at the date and time selected and confirmed by the bakery. PROMPT PICKUP IS REQUIRED. Please arrive at your scheduled pickup time. The bakery cannot wait for extended periods of time for late pickups. If you anticipate being late, please contact the bakery as soon as possible. LATE PICKUP POLICY IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 10 MINUTES LATE, YOUR ORDER MAY BE PLACED IN THE DESIGNATED PICKUP AREA/ON THE PORCH FOR YOU TO RETRIEVE. Once the order has been placed outside or in the designated pickup area, the customer assumes responsibility for the order, including any damage, melting, weather exposure, temperature-related issues, theft, or other problems that may occur after placement. Please plan accordingly and arrive promptly for your scheduled pickup. The bakery is not responsible for remaining available for an extended or indefinite period of time after the scheduled pickup time. TRANSPORTATION AFTER PICKUP Customers are responsible for providing a safe and appropriate method of transportation for their order. Customers should take their order directly to the appropriate storage location after pickup. The bakery is not responsible for damage caused by improper transportation, including excessive heat, leaving products in a hot vehicle, placing products in direct sunlight, rough handling, or failure to properly secure the order. INSPECTION UPON RECEIPT Customers should inspect their order as soon as possible after receiving it. If something appears to be missing, incorrect, damaged, or otherwise not as expected, please contact the bakery as soon as possible so the concern can be reviewed. Photographs may be requested when appropriate. Issues reported after the product has been stored, transported, altered, consumed, or otherwise handled may be difficult to evaluate. CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS Because custom products are made specifically for each customer and may require advance preparation, ingredients, supplies, printed materials, and labor, cancellations, refunds, exchanges, or changes may be limited once an order has been approved or production has begun. ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON CUSTOM PRODUCTS TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. Custom products cannot generally be returned or exchanged simply because the customer changes their mind. If there is a problem with an order, please contact the bakery promptly so the situation can be reviewed. DESIGN CHANGES Once a design has been approved and production has begun, requested changes may not be possible and may result in additional charges. UNCLAIMED ORDERS Customers are responsible for picking up their order during the agreed-upon pickup window. If an order is not picked up or cannot be delivered because of circumstances within the customer’s control, additional fees or other limitations may apply. HANDMADE PRODUCT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT Customers understand that these products are handmade and are not factory-produced.
